Having the fortunate opportunity to study at Educ@tional Dynamics was one of the most important experiences in my life, I still cherish the moments I spent there and the fact that it was a stepping-stone to what I have become today.
First and foremost, Ms. Papaioannou was and is a role model to me. An exceptionally strong woman always at the top of her game, with vast knowledge of her profession and her field, with her eyes in the future and constantly trying to evolve in the favor of her students. I really learnt a lot from her, she gave me qualifications that exceeded the narrow procedure of learning and mastering a language.
From the premises, to the general atmosphere and from the teachers to the books and everything else included, I strongly believe that this school is beyond doubt the best in the country, not to say (one of) the best in Europe. The standards are extremely high and there is no way you will not get the best knowledge possible from there. After graduating from Educ@tional Dynamics I was given the rare present of seeing how the “magic” was really done, since I was offered a job as an EFL teacher at the school. Working closely and always under the supervision and guidance of Ms. Papaioannou I was amazed by her work ethic and teaching techniques, but also by her intuition; I never thought I had it in me, but it turned out that I really did.
Then I went off to study English Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Throughout the four years there, I had the opportunity to validate the fact that I was more than lucky and more than prepared for my Academic studies, but also for a teaching career every single day. It was a sad and recurrent fact that many of my fellow students were eagerly urged by our University teachers back to Language Schools in order to properly learn English and thus be able to complete their studies… I graduated Cum Laude.
Even though music, my big love “won” me professionally, it still goes without doubt that I would never get to the point where I am today without the skills and qualifications I lavishly got from Educ@tional Dynamics. To be entirely honest, I can say that stepping my foot in that School on the first day was the most precious gift I gave myself for the rest of my life.
